Wildflour Bakery is a wholesale bakery providing an assortment of cakes, cookies, pies, morning pastries and desserts for every occasion. You will find our full line of baked goods at the Flying Fish Cafe in the center of Wellfleet, MA where our offerings are hand-made onsite daily. We also provide customized cakes, wedding cakes and dessert tables for private events and local caterers.
Marissa Ferry and her staff are the delicious geniuses behind the pastries and baked goods sold at the Flying Fish Cafe, Blackfish, Wellfleet Farmers Market and by local caterers. Marissa, a native of the Outer Cape, is one of the lucky few who turned her passion into her profession. Marissa's love of baking began at a young age and matured into her career as she earned her Bachelor's in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wale's University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has since worked under Laurent Branlard at Todd English's Bluezoo, as well as at Emeril's in Orlando, Florida. Wildflour Bakery was created in 2008 in the basement of the Flying Fish Cafe and has enjoyed 12+ years of creating sweet treats for Wellfleet and the Outercape.
